Who we are
The Partners is a partnership-based marketing agency based in Cairo, Egypt, serving clients in Egypt, the UAE and the USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Partners.
What we collect
When you complete the Start a Partnership form, we collect:
- your name, company name, work email and mobile number;
- your country and industry;
- an approximate range of your monthly marketing spend, and what you are looking for;
- how you would like us to contact you (email or WhatsApp).
We also receive anything you choose to send us in a message. Our analytics tool records technical information such as the pages visited, the type of device and approximate location. We do not collect more than we need to respond to you.
How we use your information
- to understand whether we are the right fit for each other and to respond to your enquiry;
- to contact you about your enquiry through the channel you chose;
- to keep the website secure and to understand how it is used so that we can improve it;
- to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Consent and legal basis
We process your information because you have asked us to get in touch, and with your consent given when you submit the form. We handle personal data in line with the data protection laws that apply to us, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
How we contact you
We contact you only about your enquiry, and only through the channel you chose in the form. If you chose WhatsApp, we will message you on the number you gave. If you chose email, we will write to the address you gave.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the website and manage enquiries, such as hosting, form processing, spreadsheet and email tools and analytics, and only so far as they need it to do that work. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Where your information is stored
Some of the providers we use may store or process information outside Egypt. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and so that we can get back in touch if we told you we would. When it is no longer needed, or when you ask us to delete it, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it, or to withdraw your consent. To make a request, email info@thepartnersmarketing.com or send a message through the Start a Partnership page, and mention that it is a privacy request. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used. It sets cookies and records technical information such as the pages visited, how a visitor arrived, the type of device and browser, and approximate location at country or city level. It does not record your name or contact details. We have switched off Google's advertising features and ad personalisation, and Analytics does not run at all if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Google processes this data on our behalf.
You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, or use a tracking blocker. Blocking them will not affect how the site works.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
